Kitchen Remodel
For a closed off interior to a contemporary open concept, this kitchen/living room received a major upgrade. Moving the stair, adding a tray ceiling, removing the walls and fireplace, there wasn't much in this home that didn't change.
With all of these changes, this homeowner now enjoys more cabinetry and prep space, higher ceilings, and more space to gather with friends and family.

Custom Work
"They just don't make thins like they used to." A classic sentiment passed down over years and years. What if we said, 'It doesn't have to be that way?'
This awning is a recreation of what was there before. Rotting fascia and missing trim that were once the focal of this awning are now repaired and reconstructed. Using new vinyl trim allowed us to recreate the existing details and help ensure that they last for years to come.

Kitchen Remodel
Remodeling a room doesn't always mean tearing everything out and starting over. Sometimes a remodel is really just a little refresh of a space.

This kitchen is a perfect example of that. The cabinets were in great shape, and the layout worked well for these homeowners, but the backsplash and countertops were dated, and they wanted an upgrade for the range hood and sink.

Using a blend of modeling software and Photoshop we were able to illustrate for this client how the new range hood, farm sink, countertops, and backsplash would update this kitchen.

Remodel
From a dedicated storage area to added living space, this once empty basement is now a working part of this home.
The family room kitchenette features the original site-built cabinetry re-used from the upper floor kitchen . This basement now includes laundry, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Epoxy flooring and open concept ceilings are complemented by this homeowners' mid-centry styling creating a fun and interesting space to host their family and friends.
