Your Renovation. Our Expertise. One Team.
From historic restorations to custom residential and commercial projects, we create spaces that are personal, functional, and built to last.
Renovations that Feel Right
At re:done, every project begins with trust. We listen to your goals, develop a thoughtful, design-led plan, and bring it to life with discipline. Choosing us as a partner isn’t just about the final result - it’s about the experience itself: intentional, engaging, and stress-free from start to finish.

This isn’t just where we work, it’s where we live, raise families, and spend our time. We care about how projects fit into our community and how they’ll look and function years from now, not just on day one.

We show up when we say we will, keep you updated as work moves forward, and take responsibility for the details. Many of our projects come from repeat clients and referrals because people know they can count on us to finish what we start, and do it the right way.

Older homes, tight lots, and changing plans are part of real-world construction. We bring out design sense and technical experience to create projects that are safe, buildable, and aligned with your priorities.
Our Key Services
Here at re:done, every project combines thoughtful planning, intentional design, and expert construction to create spaces that are functional, purposeful, and tailored to your goals. Our residential and commercial projects are handled with careful collaboration and attention to detail, making the process predictable and the results long-lasting.
Signage FabricationA sign is often the first physical impression a business makes. At re:done, we design and fabricate custom signs that are built to last, reflect the character of the business they represent, and work at the scale and context they're installed in. Whether you need an exterior blade sign, a dimensional interior logo wall, or a handcrafted wayfinding system, we approach signage as a craft project, not a commodity.
Seating and TablesOff-the-shelf furniture rarely fits a custom space perfectly. At re:done, we design and build custom seating and tables for a variety of applications. We can create custom pieces that fit the specific dimensions, materials, and character of your project. Whether it's a banquette for a restaurant dining room, a farmhouse table for a renovated kitchen, or custom built-in seating for a commercial lounge, we build furniture that belongs in the space it was made for.
Historical and Architectural FabricationOlder homes and historic commercial buildings have details that are simply no longer available from standard manufacturers: millwork profiles that haven't been in production for a century, hardware in styles and scales that modern catalogs don't carry, architectural elements that were made by craftsmen working from tradition and not from a purchase order. At re:done, we specialize in researching, designing, and fabricating historically accurate architectural details that bring older buildings back to their original integrity, or that can complete a restoration where elements have been lost.
Commercial FabricationWhen standard products don't fit the space, the concept, or the budget in the right way, fabrication is the answer. re:done builds one-of-a-kind elements for commercial clients — pieces designed specifically for the space they'll inhabit, built to perform in a commercial environment, and installed with the same care as the rest of the project.
Space PlanningHow a space is laid out determines how it functions and feels. Poor space planning is the root cause of most of the frustration people have with their homes and workplaces: rooms that don't flow, kitchens you can't navigate during dinner prep, offices where nobody wants to spend time. At re:done, space planning is where design work begins, because getting the layout right is the foundation everything else builds on.
Community Living RenovationCommunity living environments, such as co-housing developments and group residential properties, present a unique set of renovation challenges. Residents live and move through the space while work is happening. Accessibility, durability, and the human quality of the environment matter enormously. At re:done, we approach these projects with the same care and intentionality we bring to residential work, scaled to the complexity of a shared living setting.

Photos don’t tell the whole story, but they do show what careful planning and solid craftsmanship can do for a space. Browse these before‑and‑after views to see how we rethink layout, finishes, and details so rooms feel more useful, more comfortable, and more connected to the rest of the home.
Start Your Project
Get StartedOur Client Feedback
We can do both, and we’re comfortable meeting you wherever you are in the process.
Some clients come with plans. Others come with ideas. In either case, we work alongside you to think through how the space will function, how materials will perform, and how everything comes together before construction begins.
Our in-house interior designer plays a key role in that process, helping translate ideas into cohesive, buildable plans and guiding selections so everything feels aligned.
That shared clarity upfront leads to better decisions and a smoother build.
We start by listening. Not just to what you want to build, but to how you want it to feel and function day-to-day.
From there, we work together to develop a clear plan, and take the time to resolve details early so you’re not forced into rushed decisions later.
During construction, we stay engaged and accountable. You’ll know where things stand, what’s coming next, and when your input is needed. It’s a steady, collaborative process, not one where you’re left guessing.
We treat budget conversations as part of the partnership, not a one-time number.
Early on, we’ll talk through realistic ranges based on your goals and the type of work involved. As the plan becomes more defined, so does the pricing.
Along the way, we help you understand tradeoffs so you can make informed decisions, including where to invest, where to simplify, and how to stay aligned with your priorities.
You’ll be working with a small, experienced team led by John Stamey, with a dedicated project manager assigned to your project. They’ll be your primary point of contact, keeping things on track, communicating clearly, and making sure nothing gets lost along the way. We stay involved from planning through construction, so there’s continuity in both decision-making and execution. You won’t be handed off, you’ll work with the same team from start to finish.
Clear communication is one of the most important parts of a successful project. We stay in touch through a combination of in-person conversations, phone calls, email, and Buildertrend, our project management platform. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, schedule information, and notifications as work progresses.
We also believe that no app can replace a real conversation. If questions come up, we’re available to talk through them and help you make informed decisions along the way. Our goal is for you to always know what’s happening, what’s next, and what to expect.
Absolutely. Restoring and remodeling older homes is one of our specialties. We understand that the character of a home often lies in the details, from trim profiles and built-ins to original woodwork, doors, and architectural features.
Whenever possible, we work to preserve and replicate the elements that make a home unique while updating the spaces behind the walls for modern comfort and functionality. We enjoy the challenge of finding creative solutions that honor a home’s history while meeting the needs of today’s homeowners.
Those projects are often some of our favorites because they allow us to blend craftsmanship, problem-solving, and respect for the original design.
